State-of-the-art fully automated blister packing lines for tablets and capsules (HardGel and SoftGels) into various formats such as PVC/PVDC/Alu-Alu/PaperBack. Our integrated product inspection camera system ensures 100% of the products are checked before further processing. The desired blister quantity is then inserted into a carton, with up to two patient leaflets as required or calendar card.
All cartons will go through a check weigher to ensure all the parts making up the finished product are present. If the market you are targeting requires serialization and tamper evidence, we will meet those requirements.
The cartons can be bundled into band wrapping technology that uses less plastics than standard shrink-wrapping solutions.
Fully automated bottling lines for tablets and capsules (HardGel and SoftGels) which includes desiccant sachets or oxygen absorbers. The bottles are then capped using CRC / Tamper Evident caps. If required, we have the option to Induction Seal the bottles. Next, based on your requirements, we can also add an Outsert, a Sidesert or Booklet labels.
Lastly, serialization can be added based on your market requirements.
Fully automated liquid filling line for liquid (such as suspensions, solutions or shampoos) and semi-solid products (such as creams, gels or ointments). Our line can handle shaped bottles that can range from 4mL up to 4L. Each bottle is individually weighed while filling to ensure accurate content, and if required a dropper tip can be added. The bottles are capped using CRC, tamper evident, push top or flip caps. Following the bottle labeling with a wrap around or a booklet, the product can be inserted in a carton with a patient information leaflet and any accessories. There is finally the option to have the product serialised based on requirement.
Suppository / ovules filling
Automated suppository / ovule filling up to 3.5cc using pre-formed moulds. The pre-formed shells are sealed and coded before the strips being cut based on the number of suppositories / ovules required, which are then cartoned and serialised if required.
