About Andrew Mackintosh
Andrew specialises in optimising complex supply networks and driving operational excellence, ensuring that compliance, quality, and risk management are embedded at every stage while balancing customer expectations and commercial outcomes. He takes a partnership-led approach, working closely with customers and critical supply chain stakeholders to deliver reliable, compliant supply and long-term value to clients.
With over 15 years of senior supply chain experience, Andrew brings a wealth of international perspective to the leadership team. Prior to joining Douglas in 2023, he held senior supply chain roles at Goodman Fielder and spent nearly a decade at Johnson & Johnson in key regional hubs, including Singapore and Shanghai. His tenure in Asia provided deep expertise in managing large-scale, multi-jurisdictional networks.
Andrew holds a Bachelor of Business Studies (BBS) in International Business and Enterprise Development from Massey University and is an APICS Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP).
