Lisa manages a critical dual mandate, ensuring that our commercial ambitions are firmly supported by robust legal strategy and comprehensive regulatory compliance. This integrated approach is essential for navigating the inherent risks of global drug distribution and manufacturing.
Lisa brings exceptional professional depth to this role. Her career included impressive positions such as Senior Solicitor at major firms like Chapman Tripp and Minter Ellison Rudd Watts, and acting as Legal Counsel and Director at Salomon Brothers, where she advised the Business Technology Group.
In addition to the legal expertise Lisa brings to the business, during her 24 years at Douglas she has led the Company’s European and US businesses, and more recently the entire Pharma commercial business. Lisa also heads up our in-house intellectual property team that works to ensure we have freedom to operate and to build up a robust patent portfolio for our innovative developments.
Lisa ensures all complex agreements are legally sound and commercially viable, enabling high-value strategic partnerships.
